Hey, kids. Sorry about the unintentional vacation. I know Chris had a lot going on for a couple of days. Then I had a small computer problem.
And by "small computer problem" I mean I lost my hard drive and everything on it. Well, I didn't actually lose it. I know exactly where it is. It just doesn't work anymore.
It's summer. I suppose a vacation is allowed. And hey! I've killed a few hard drives. Go you!

computers can be a PAIN. I took my hard drive apart & installed an ethernet card to come into the new millenium...so I'm lucky MINE still works!

I'm all squooshy inside too, but it's not love - it's cookies. Too many of 'em. ;-) You are missed when gone.......
Give a guy a vacation pass....and he apparently goes to China. Or Africa. Or somewhere else without even dial-up service......
speaking of computers....I logged on one day at work, went to check my e-mail....just like new. ALL of my folders, messages saved....GONE. So I called our I.T. guy (who's always been GOOD)...we downloaded "retrieve lost/deleted files" stuff....NOT. THERE. NOWHERE to be found. TONS of stuff I hadn't backed up for months...hadn't put in folders (it's in my e-mail folders, it's safe). AAARRRGGGHHH........he's still working on it. "This has never happened before" "This software has never let me down". **tears, sobbing**
